Cleveland Police Headquarters

The JMT Architecture / Dewberry team was selected to design the new Cleveland Police Headquarters. The $110-million project is the first major project along the new Opportunity Corridor, a 10-acre section of southeast Cleveland and is planned as a transformative project that will serve as the first step in improving community engagement.

The 170,000 SF facility will house all major police administration functions that are currently located in a variety of locations in the city. By engaging senior leadership within the police department, city administration officials and providing a transparent design/information process, the design team established key factors in defining a successful project. Design excellence in Civic Architecture and thoughtful programming will provide an environment that welcomes local residents, improves community safety and ensures police security.

JMT Architecture has a critical role in the design of the facility, will be responsible for community engagement activities and execute Construction Administration.
